After the first home open, we had an offer by the end of the weekend. Derek negotiated with the buyer and achieved a sales price that we were happy with. The price that Derek had achieved for us was $50,000 more than the price another estate agent had suggested we market the property for! This only confirmed that we had made the right decision in choosing Derek Baston to sell our property for us.
