Writing reviews is not something we usually do, but Lee, Derek and Symone from Baston & Co deserve the biggest Thank You for selling our house. It was not an easy task as it came attached with a business and we placed a lot of restrictions on them like not putting a For Sale Sign up, no Home Opens and restricted viewing times, yet they managed to sell it in a short period of time, all with enthusiasm and friendliness from beginning to end.

There was never a time that we couldn’t reach anyone by phone, never a time when one of them wasn’t available for us with whatever questions we had and never an unfriendly word. Derek and Lee live locally and have a vast knowledge of the market in the area which prompted us to sign up with them in the first place and what came with it was trust, honesty and professionalism.
