There is nothing better than hanging out with an amazing crew of locals smashing their health and life goals every single day. What an absolutely inspirational afternoon.
Never in my wildest dreams did I think I could get such a buzz from anything other than running but a 5:10am F45 session followed by a Windan or bridges run afterwards (and the TRC and piggy crew 🐷) and there’s not much that can knock me off course.
