A belated but very warm welcome to the newest member of the Team at Baston & Co. Property – Rickie! 👏🏼👏🏼🥂👌🏽

An absolute breath of fresh air, we are extremely lucky to have her steering the ship with Joni Ngwenya in Marketing and Administration.

Having worked in the Real Estate Industry for close to 8 years, Rickie has been worked across the highs and lows of the market, in a variety of different roles.
With an inquiring mind, Rickie is always willing to learn and go that extra step to make sure everything is ‘just right’.
She thrives on being the “engine”, the person in the background making sure the wheels are turning and everything is running smoothly.

Having grown up in the country, the country attitude and mentality is well embedded in Rickie – she understands the importance of treating people right, building relationships and working hard, bringing this attitude with her into the workplace.

Outside of office life, you’ll find Rickie at one of four places. At home in her kitchen baking amazing creations, with family enjoying life, at a local park with her beloved dog – Rupert the Groodle, or with a yoga mat tucked under her arm racing off to another Pilates class – recharging to hit the ground running again the next day!
