Tapas Addict – Creating unique grazing boards for every event.
New local resident, Ebony Tolcon has recently combined her passion for food and creativity into a business following fantastic feedback at her housewarming party. Now while anyone can throw together some twiggy sticks, cheese, olives and crackers, Ebony’s creations take this concept to a whole new level.
Each grazing table is unique and tailored to suit the theme of any event – engagement parties, baby showers, fundraisers and picnics to mention a few.
‘I found this style of grazing was extremely popular as not only is it delicious but also a great visual display’.

I love the colours that the tables can offer and the demand for festive themed boards is huge this Christmas’.
Ebony has had the opportunity to create grazing boards for some local residents and sources a range of her supplies from the weekly Vic Park Farmers’ Markets that are only a short stroll from her front door.
