It was great experience dealing with Derek Baston and his team. Friendly and up front approach compare to my previous listing agent of the same property. Very knowledgeable regarding local market in terms of price and demand. It’s also a pleasure to deal with his staff with great communication and friendly services. I would recommend Derek and his team to anyone without any hesitation.
