Stock levels are creeping up with 400 extra houses on the market for sale, since last month.
It could be the rainy weather, it could be the Federal Election, it could be interest rates?
Regardless, despite the increase, at just over 8400 properties on the market this is still incredibly low.
Conversely, the rental market is still super tight, with less houses available to lease than last year, and less houses than a month ago.
There are only 2300 odd houses available for lease!
With the majority of Buyers being owner occupiers (yes there are finally some investors in the mix) it is incredibly important that you present your home well and meet Buyer expectations.
These are truly interesting times!
