Sitting here with my glass of red and feeling completely overwhelmed by the generosity of a big Property Management business in town – RentWest and their assistance as I take the next big step with our Property Management business. It’s a competitive game but the crew at RentWest are all about empowering those in the Industry – one that has it’s own massive set of challenges.
Hard work, resilience, using one’s initiative, hard decisions, building a great team around you and not settling for anything less.
There’ll be hiccups and changes but one of my favourite quotes is ‘Nothing comes from comfort zones’ – my mantra completing my first Half Ironman this year.
