Two amazing days of learning has come to a close and this is my key take home message (although many others have resonated with me).

Derek and I have always prided ourselves on being at the forefront of the latest issues, trends, disruptors and key developments in our industry.
We will continue to do so.

Investing in one’s personal and professional development is vital.

My only regret is not having brought the whole Team! Next year for sure.

I am no stranger to pitches and cannot wait to get home to ‘pitch’ these developments to DB and the crew to provide better outcomes, service and ultimately, results to our clients.

Change is f$&king fabulous and I am so massively grateful to not have to answer to anyone in Sydney or ‘Head Office’ anymore to implement strategies that ultimately, mean better results for my clients.
